CORPORATE MISSION
Predator-Hunter.com is a nonprofit corporation formed to actively
seek out and stop the exploitation of children on the Internet. Our
focus is to protect children from the predatory criminal elements
that seek to destroy their innocence. Our secondary focus is education.
We train law enforcement on the aspects of gathering intelligence
and evidence on the Internet. We pursue these goals ethically and
legally.
PRINCIPLES AND GUIDELINES
We approach our mission with the utmost in conviction to our principles.
Members of Predator-Hunter.com utilize unconventional but legal tactics
to provide information about the perpetrators of child exploitation
to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Under all conditions
all members must follow these basic principles:
Act in accordance with the Laws of the United States
OR the country that you reside in and are required to follow.
Acknowledge that all investigations will be considered
confidential.
Always act to protect the anonymity of anyone that
provides information and to protect the privacy of any victims.
Not compromise agencies that work with Predator-Hunter.com
Inc.
Serve in the interest of children in a diligent,
loyal and honest manner, and shall not knowingly be a party to any
illegal or improper activities.
Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information
obtained in the course of their duties unless disclosure is required
by legal authority. Such information shall not be used for personal
benefit or released to inappropriate parties.
Agree to undertake only those activities, which
they can reasonably expect to complete with professional competence.
Inform the appropriate parties of the results of
investigations performed, revealing all material facts known to
them, which if not revealed could either distort reports of investigations
or conceal unlawful practices.
Support the education of children, parents, teachers,
and the general public in enhancing their understanding of Internet
Safety and child advocacy in general.
Maintain high standards of conduct and character
and not engage in acts discreditable to Predator-Hunter.com Inc.
Understand that only corporate officers (or their
designees) are authorized to submit an investigation to law.
PROCUREMENT
No one is authorized to engage for services or products on the behalf
of Predator-Hunter.com Inc. without the approval of the Board of Directors.
Under no conditions will anyone financially or contractually obligate
Predator-Hunter.com Inc. without the approval of the Board of Directors.
MISSION STATEMENT FROM THE FOUNDERS
The Internet has become a dangerous place for children and will continue
to position them at risk as the number of families using the Internet
steadily increases. We are gratified to find that we have developed
methods and the use of technology to make a difference in protecting
children.
To further those efforts we have recently expanded our
base of operations to include the following programs:
The continued aggressive and detailed investigations
of folks ON and OFF the Internet who exploit children.
FREE Internet based training of Law Enforcement
Officers that will educate them in the methodologies of High Tech
investigations.
Sponsorship and further development of victim support
services for abused children worldwide.
The development of an extensive database that will
allow law enforcement agencies and other qualified interested parties
access to valuable intelligence gathered by our investigators.
Worldwide networking with other child advocate organizations
with the goal of enhancing communications and cooperation.
Advocating for more effective legislation worldwide
to aid in combating child sex abuse and exploitation on and off
the Internet.
Predator Hunter Inc. is an innovative and diverse
organization that strives to develop and implement effective ways
to protect children both ON and OFF the Internet.
